My interest in fact-checking makes me want to share views and meet people from whom I can learn more.

For the master in journalism at VUBrussels, I am looking for input and opportunities to get it updated and slightly more oriented towards research journalism. Which techniques should we surely incorporate? And what is the best way to do it, in the limited time of a one year program?
Together with a team including Peter Burger and Alexander Pleijter, I am running a project called FactRank: building an online and free-to-use software tool that aims to automatically distill check worthy statements from full-text transcripts in Dutch.
